You simply can not make a useful fuel map just by drawing smooth pretty lines where you think they ought to be. The original maps are not lumpy/spiky just for fun; there are several different effects occurring within the induction and exhaust systems that cause volumetric efficiency to change considerably over quite small RPM ranges and this must be reflected in the map if AFR is to remain in the desired range.
Did it suddenly do it? People have had issues with relays they appear to be all the same you could try swapping them over. Also the manual has info on basic testing of the coil and injector by taking the resistance readings you could check those.
I'd be looking under the relay bank to make sure there's no loose wires ect..
It is known that the connections to all the relays can go slack over time thus producing a high resistance leading to a possible meltdown at worst . My headlight relay had a poor connection melting the block . All sorted now and an easy fix as I made new connections for it.
