Both carbs, there's a rather nice splitter on the throttle and choke cables.

My 250-2c has a choke on both carbs but they are manual, you just flick the levers up, ron d

All the early 2C's that came into NZ and OZ that I have seen had the choke lever on the handlebar and a splitter under the tank to both carbs. Not sure about the later Benelli and Guzzi 2C's as haven't seen any of these down under.
I think the 125 Panther had the choke lever on the carb, so may be an option if you want the chokes lever down on the carb.

Mine also has manual flip up choke levers and is an Italian version (I.e. not made for UK market)

My handbook states Dell'orto VHB22BD/BS carbs, i haven't checked the bike to see exactly what is on the bike but it will pay you to e-mail the firm after checking whats on your bike, ron d.

The early 2c had 22 mm carbs controlled by a handle bar choke lever. when Benelli uprated the 2c to Aluminium barrels they fitted 25 mm carbs with dual manual chokes on each carb. This was what Benelli did when they wanted to sell the 2c against cheaper Japanese motor cycles they ditched the handlebar choke lever for the cheaper carb choke levers.

My dad's '82 italisn market 2c still has the black choke lever on the bars just like the early bikes. Not seen many with flip ups and the parts manuals don't show them like that. Wonder if it was a popular mod?
