    Benelli Sei Mounting Engine

Can someone clarify what engine bolts and spacers bushes for mounting a benelli 750 Sei. I have 7 small bushing spacers and one about double the size. Parts manual mentions I think 4 different sizes of spacer bushes but not how many of each and where they go.....Please help if you can, would be nice before I actually try to put the engine in my nice shiny restored frame.....

Do not know if this can help. Each anchoring point has a triangular platen to fasten the engine to the frame. In the pics you can see the spacers and the platen from the rear area of the engine.

Hi Thanks for that. Looks like those bushes are the same size each side. I will just have to measure up as I go. The 4 triangular plates I have and am awaiting them back from re-chrome. Engine back together and am trying to detail it before putting it in the frame. The crankcases don't polish up that well may have to spray Hi temp Honda Silver. Head is satin black and fin edges polished. Rocker cover and all caps off to the polishers as well. Hope to have it looking pretty respectable shortly.....

    Engine Bolts

Engine studs and all axles/swing arm pivot all zinced nicely. The engine bolts were not good (rounded and corroded/damaged) so I ditched them. Luckily Ace Hardware over here in the U.S has the correct grade and same looking bolts, even lettering looks correct and all the nylock and ordinary nuts and washers. Only difference being the nyloc washers have a purple plastic insert instead of the original yellow.
N.B I ordered a few "originals" from a German Benelli supplier and they were not originals and didn't look right. So I went to Ace and voila...
