    Rear view mirrors

I've got a pretty nice 1976 750 Sei that I always thought was completely original. At a bike show this weekend, I was told by a very knowledgeable bike guru that my rear view mirrors are cheap after market! Shame, but frankly the mirrors were pretty poor anyway: real small image, hard to adjust, short arm that shows mostly your elbow, and a dull black plastic finish. My friend says the stock ones are chrome plated with a much longer arm and bigger mirror. Anyone know if this is true and where I could find some?

    Thanks,

    Vince Ciotti

I would say yes. They look awful. Chrome would look way nicer. Just my opinion.

    Mirrors

    Hi,
I opted for Honda replica chromed mirrors for around 30 euros from ebay that look ok on the photo. They are in transit now somewhere between Europe and Australia so will comment on them when arrived.

I purchased my SEI new from a dealer and it had the black metal mirrors that look like your picture. The chrome mirrors look like
    jap crap.
