Benelli made the engines! Some bikes were badged as Guzzi but are Benellis. Only the front sprockets made for some fantics fit a Benelli and 250 2c Benelli Pistons are the same as the 125.

Some were even made at the Triumph Meriden factory, badged as Guzzi Co-Uno!

The Triumph owners club disown the Co UNO bike ! But the are welcome at the Benellimotobiclubgb as they are Benelli's assembled at Meriden. For a small period in the 1970s Moro Guzzi looked at purchasing the Triumph co operative !

In all fairness, the Triumph Owners Club is a ****ing joke. You know they had a vote recently which confirmed that if you are not a current TOC owner, you can't even join the club etc? Priviledged bunch of maggots they are.

I bet they would make exceptions for their 'old boys'.

Nice 1 fair bit of history round these bikes then ? I've noticed a few names like panther cross tutereno etc and a lot of parts of 50cc 125 cc Italian bikes used forks foot pegs throttles wheels seats cev ignition electronic switches so parts not bad to find I think mines all there now just working on lights then should test up ok
