    250 2C correct Scitsu Tacho

Hi, The rev counter on my 250 2C has given up and I'm considering fitting a Scitsu race tacho instead. I'm not too bothered about the look of it because the bike is nowhere near standard/original anyway. My question is, does anyone on here have one fitted to their bike and if so do you know which one is correct for the 250 2C? They come in various types depending on the number of sparks per rev. My bike is fitted with a Powerdynamo ignition system which as far as I can tell just has one pickup for both cylinders. Any advice would be welcome. Failing that I'll give Scitsu a call in the week. Thanks

    Daytona

Look up the Daytona Velona gauge, its a speedo rev counter combo, costs about £110 delivered and is a very smart looking clock, mine runs on a Powerdyno system and the rev counter is just a wire wrapped around one of the HT leads.
Set ups a little fiddly first time but the guys at 'digital-speedos.co.uk' are a peach at helping you out, they also sell just Rev counters if that's all you need, I went for the dual to keep the weight down.

    Scitsu

Hi. I use a Scitsu on my race bike fitted with a powerdynamo. Works a treat. I thinks it's a blue version. Give Dylan a call and he'll advise. I went for a white face version and it looks brilliant

Just to let people know our new website www.scitsu.com is now online.

This drags us into the 21st century, allowing online purchase of our parts and accessories. Also hopefully it gives some tips on selecting the correct tacho for different setups.

Of course we are still on the end of the phone to discuss any technical questions / use advice / repair questions etc etc.

    Thanks,

    Thanks

Sorry for the slow reply. Cheers for that. I'll give Dylan at Scitsu a call. Have to wait a bit now though. Got to shell out a small fortune on one of my cars this month.
