    1972 Benelli 175 Enduro

I am new on this forum, thanks for having me.

I am looking for a rear fender for a 1971-1974 Benelli 175 Enduro. The fender is Inox(Stainless) and very thin so it is cracked at the taillight mounting bracket.

I purchased this bike new from Ballwin Brothers Hardware in Ironton, Missouri. I have almost completed a full restoration of the bike.

    Thanks,

The restoration is looking good, I think the rear fender is the same as a later Benelli 125 cross. The Benellimotobiclubgb has a lot of spares for bikes up to 125cc try them!

How bad is the damage, could you just reinforce it by bonding a plate on the underside with epoxy resin? I find the Benelli Bauer website useful, if you look under “select parts from list” you can find the part number and then either check with them for availability or search the web for stock elsewhere. Thisoldtractor.com is also a useful resource.

    Thanks for the replies.

I have attached two pictures of the fender that I need.. I can repair mine but I am doing a concours restoration and need a perfect fender.

The diagram number is 112 and the Benelli part # is M513. IMG_2907.JPGIMG_2906.JPG

Everything that I have found says it is the Benelli 1970's 175 Enduro only.

Yes the green is the original color. I have seen these bikes in red, orange and green. There was a blue one on ebay once but it's the only one that I have seen, doubt that is was original.

I picked up the re-chromed luggage rack on Monday. I just need to get my fender repaired or a good replacement and finish assembly on the engine and trans and she will be ready to ride!

I have been purchasing parts from Cosmopolitan Motors since the bike was new. It was a shame when they sold off all of the Vintage Cosmo stuff. I wonder where everything went?? There is some items that pop up on ebay but nothing near the number of item that were sold off. I have had good luck on some parts through Benelli Bauer in Germany but they still don't have everything.

I did check with them but no luck. Thanks for the try! The bike frame is totally complete except the rear fender and I have to install the rear foot pegs! I am in the process of disassembling

the motor and transmission to recondition them.
