    Breakdown cover

    Hi
I'm interested to know what breakdown cover people use for their classic bikes. I have a personal cover with green flag which covers any vehicle, as long as its less than 16 years old. So its good for my modern bike and my van, but not for the other three bikes. I've been insured with Carole Nash in the past, and they include a basic breakdown cover, but I;m changing my insurance now and not sure what to do about breakdown.
    Any thoughts?

    Regards
    Mark

I have used the Carol Nash breakdown cover twice, it’s very professional. The van they put the bike in is purpose made with a large access ramp and proper restraints for the bike. They even have a camera on the bike whilst you travel. I think this is great value as it’s included in the insurance!

I've never had breakdown cover. On the few occasions I've needed rescue, I just call a mate.
Last time it happened (on my bevel Ducati) I wasn't far from home. Got a taxi home and came back with my car and trailer to retrieve the bike.
