    250 2c

    Hi guys,have a 75/76 250 2 c elletronoca, are they 12 volt, there was no battery with Blake but headlamp bulb is 12volt, thanks.
    when i was young i was very indecisive,now im older im not so sure.

    They are all 6V I think but yours may have a 12v conversion. They use a very complex and unusual regulator to get the most out of the tiny alternator. The regulator doesn't always do a good job.

    If you remove your the Left hand side panel and it has a black unit under it with cable entering it’s side you probably have the original 6 v regulator rectifier. I have had lots of old 6v bikes with 12v bulbs fitted, most garages only sell 12v!
