Decided to part out my 2004 RS, at this moment have everyrhing.

    Anyone after anything?

Can try to get a good shipping quote at DSV...or can pick yourself personally (in Slovenia) <img src="https://www.benelliforum.com/forum/images/smilies/smile.png" border="0" alt="" title="Smile" class="inlineimg" />)

Everything functional beside clutch basket which came loose, grinded few teeths on middle gear and start to make some wear also on crankshaft teeth (dunno how it is called, the one which is closest to the outsidw of the engine. One is for z25, one is for oil pupm, third one). This is the only reason i decided not to repair/buy new basket, once first layer is damaged on those parts, it becomes like butter after...

Have some offers already for front suspension forks with calipers and supports with handlebars.

Front oz racing wheel is 2 months old, and has only 2k km made. Rear one is plasri dipped to white, dunno condition of it under as i already got it white. Everything what is changed on the bike i have original (exhaust, levers,...).

During past winter, i had invested much on the bike: camchain, tensioners, valve clearance, dna filter, plugs, new oil pump, z25, water oump rebuild, synchronisatin throttle, both new sprockets and chain,...worked mint before basket came loose...

Seems a shame to part out a beautiful bike like that. But if you do let me know how much for the rear swing-arm posted to Australia. Cheers, Nigel.

A little update, i had an expert guy for crankshafts and he inspected it - he said those scratches/marks on the shaft sprocket are nothing worth a worry and it will work like before without any harm done.

So, i am not parting it out and am already in phase of buying the needed parts

I am sorry to all whom i gave a false hope for rare parts.

If in any case something goes wrong in the future (hope not thou), i will inform you.

    Theme can be locked.

    Best regards and thanx!

Bike is back for sale to partout.

2 months ago, my gearbox 2nd gear tooth broke of, came between the sprockets, stuck the wheel and violently cracked the block through gearbox cover. Put in new used gearbox, fixed the crack, and few days ago started to bang a lot on the clutch side - i give up sorting this bike, it was working flawless for 20.000 km (bought it with 30k on the clock) and last year, i put over 3.000 eur in it (timing chain, new clutch basket, both sprockets, chain, spark plugs, filters, oil pump, water pump, throttle sync, valve settings....), and now i decided to stop. I suspect loosen z25 as it already happened once, and damage to clutch basket - wont even take a look but it bangs like horror.

Would fix it, but only if i would be able to get new 0 km engine, but thats a unicorn tale story

Everything still available - all parts which have been changed, i have kept the original (brake clutch levers, screen, exhaust,...)

Rear wheel has been repainted to original black, front is 1 year old - got last existing one new straight from OZ racing factory, unpainted, discs has 10k km - like new - after 20k kms still have the same brake pads as when i bought it and still have half of lives in it, just for a picture of how gently i was riding it.

Have no prices - open for reasonable offers, but shipping might be costly due to me being located in Slovenia.

And please, dont rant if i do not answer in a day, as i am quite busy, but will answer each question.

TreK has a Walbro ECU, the RS' is by Sagem. I don't believe the connectors are the same, but I'm not certain.
