    Wild Atlantic Way?

On todays ride I took this picture because it reminded me of pictures of Dark Hedges in Northern Ireland I've seen. We have booked hotels and ferries to visit Northern Ireland in July and then on Wild Atlantic Way as far as Galway. Not going on the Benelli taking the ZZR1400 as its better for taking the wife and kitchen sink. Just wondered if anyone's been over there and done that route?

What do you mean," Wife and the kitchen sink",
You can get a couple of pairs of socks AND spare pair of undercrackers under the seat of the Tornado,
What else do you need ?"

Not done that route but went to NI on the tornado in 2015 for the Tandagree road races. Had a great time.
Suggest the Antrim coast road is an absolute must, one of the very best biking roads i have ever done.
Then there is Joeys bar, you cant go to NI without a pilgrimage there.....Wild Atlantic Way?-20140502_154259.jpg

Yes will try to visit there. We will probably get to do the coast road on our first and last days. That road must be good, seen a few reports saying it's worth doing. I bet it was good on the Benelli. I'll be fully loaded on Kawasaki, solo on Benelli would be better

yes, coast road was literally hacked out of the cliffs, awesome stretch, takes you to Giants Causeway and rope bridge etc. All well worth a visit.
Did it first time on a TL1000S. then the Tornado, dont need to see which was better!

You need to be creative , what does she like ?
    retail therapy
go and spend a few days with her sister
a weekend spa holiday with a few of her mates ?
you need to find something she would rather do than look past you right ear , on a bike .

put bit of money on the side and suggest she spends it .

    it might work.

I like your thinking but she went away in october for the weekend and I bought the benelli while she was away. So maybe its cheaper to have her close to me until that's forgotten
