    CDI on a 125 Velvet

Hello I am the new boy with a 125 velvet (yp125) I live down in sunny Cornwall
& my CDI has gone duff!!! Who can I go to for a new unit? I have proved it is
duff by borrowing from a mate his CDI.
    All the best

    G'day

I too am looking for a CDI for a Velvet 125...Some years after the original post. I tried Harrynash.com but that seems to be dubious

Are there any other suggestions please.

    Cheers

    Rex

it is a Yamaha Majesty engine did they put Italian electrics with it or use the CDI from Yamaha which will be still available. If it is Italian then a lot of stuff was used same as the Malaguti production what does it say on the old unit.
