Sometimes when I reflect back on all the beer I drink I feel ashamed. Then I look into the glass and think about the workers in the brewery and all of their hopes and dreams. If I didn't drink this beer, they might be out of work and their dreams would be shattered. Then I say to myself, "It is better that I drink this beer and let their dreams come true than be selfish and worry about my liver...

Lawrence, thanks for the list of paint codes. Great. Can you, or anyone, help with the process please? Is the base white - then green over gold - then clear? - or what?
I used light grey primer/green lechler base coat 2 coats followed by a drop coat to give a good metallic effect followed by 2 coats of high solid clear coat job done .
Evening all,
I'm having the same problem as Samuel. The painter doing my repair said the PPG code on the underside of the seat and the one on the list on the forum refers to a water based paint that is difficult to achieve a good finish with unless you've got an oven. I thought I'd try and tap in to the knowledge you guys possess and see if anyone knows of a solvent based paint that matches or my paint guy said it would be even better and easier to find if anyone knows of a car colour (maybe a Fiat or Alfa Romeo colour) code that is the same?
Cheers,
Martin
RS Motorcycle paints were recommended to me by a certain well respected Benelli shop and have all the paint.

For small touch-ups, Halford has the Benelli red (and I guess the others colors too) on their motorcycle paints database - D081, "Rosso Racing". Took a bit of digging to find it though, could not find it by code, they have to look for it by name in the Benelli section. I haven't used it yet, so cannot judge how close to the original is. It comes in a "Holts" paint can.
