Benelli TNT 1130 - regulation of the clutch

    Hello!
I was adjusting the clutch according to the service. Is there any regulation elsewhere? The clutch works very low, it starts working immediately after releasing the lever

    my Lever play - 4mm

    Problem :

    - It's hard to find a neutral gear (on a warm engine)
    - hard-working gearbox

Other adjustment at the clutch lever only.
almost all 1130 owners can't get Neutral on a warm engine at standstill.
It's down to the neutral switch in the gearbox expanding slightly when warm I believe.
Their is a way to sort it but it's not a quick and easy fix gearbox out and file the switch a little I think from memory.

Best thing to do is to slip it into neutral when coming to a stop first .

Thank you for your response. I'm worried because yesterday I was driving on another TNT 1130 and the biage box was completely different. Light and precise. Neutral gear - no problem.

It's NOT a "problem" since it was designed that way. Have a read of what Pete Goddard said about it

This old Guzzi trick works for me.

If you let out the clutch a tad at the lights to allow the bike to move forward slightly and then pull it back in whilst selecting neutral you can find neutral every time.

    Hope that makes sense

If you're struggling with neutral could be clutch basket on way out. Does it rattle?? Only say this as Maniac motors were at the world benelli weekend last weekend and I have a similar problem and he told me likely clutch basket springs broken
