Is there somewhere that defines what H20 actually is ? I got the fault and thought the coolant was empty because the reservoir indicated so I added coolant and caused overflow. I read that coolant should be added to the the radiator (not from Benelli sources), so when I removed the radiator cap; it was filled to the top. It doesn't heat up as fast right now only at lights but it hasn't reached the H20 threshold. So could removing the radiator cap and massaging the hoses have any effect; still searching for answers. My bike is a new 2017.

Check the rad cap. It may not be holding pressure. There's a screw on it, tighten it. Also confirm the spring in it is working well, then tighten back on.

You can try bleed the air out of the coolant. There's a lot of tutorial in YouTube. Have the similar issue with my old BN/TNT600 it solve
