    TNT Headlight issue

I need help! My front headlamp stopped working. See attached images. Just when everything was working absolutely perfect, I decided to swap the rear turn signals. I discovered that the turn signal diodes controlling the electric flow between the right and the left side of the loom were contacting each other and the turn signals acted like hazards, flashing all at once. This required disassembly of the front headlamp and separating the diodes. Once reassembled, to my amazement, the front headlamps were not illuminating. The low as well as the high beams will not come on. I tested the relays, fuses. I have power to the handle bar switch. I included an image of the wiring diagram where I think the problem lays. I can only think that there is a bad ground somewhere and I have narrowed it down to this location. See the diagram for my question or I am open to any other suggestions. Thanks. BTW, the turn signals work great.TNT Headlight issue-headlight.jpgTNT Headlight issue-wire-diagram-issue.jpg

I think I can see the problem. Your headlight isn't attached to the bike.

Can you tell me how the relays are organized/ labeled on the bike? The workshop, nor the wire diagram are much help. I understand that I don't have the alarm/ security relay installed and that's why I only have 5 relays instead of 6 as it shows in the wire diagram, but I still am not sure how I should know the order.

Silly question but have you checked the contacts when you plugged the lights back together.

I get no power at the plug for the hi and lo beam. Only for the position lights.

I dont have the alarm on my bike. Diodes needed because of the single turn signal light on the dash and one circuit for the whole flashing light system.

Ah ok ... No alarm .
I know from looking at your picture, on my tre k the far right relay is for the headlights.
Try swopping them over as I believe they are all the same relay / part number .

This might be a silly question but you are checking the lights with the run/kill switch in the on position ?

Thx. No question is silly with me. I have done just what you mentioned in the past, but not this time. I swapped the relays every which way. I tested them all. That's not it. I dont know what I could have done while installing the turn signals that makes the headlights not work. I am about to take her to pieces. I will not be beat.
