    Heel plates and z25

    Hi guys I'm still after some heel.l plates my nearside one needs replacing on my 900 tre ,also what does this z25 upgrade look like so I know if it's done or not pulling mine apart soon to do a few things . Managed.to get a bubble screen was shite fit but sorted it in the end.

    I'm not sure the 900 had issues with the Z25 gear and shaft .
    I may be wrong of course.
    If it did it's no big issue really anyway. Takes about an hour to change at home .

    I'm not sure the 900 had issues with the Z25 gear and shaft .
    They did. best check and change if required.

    If the shaft has 2 x oil holes along it's length it's the old type and need to be upgraded to the later version which only has a single oil hole.

    Maniac motors in Germany. Really good helpful people, they speak English, know nelli’s inside out and if it’s in stock parts are with you in a matter of days

    Ok I guess the 900 is just as shit then as the rest .
    I guess the lack of posts about the 900 is due to the majority of them now in the scrap yard .
    Or that the owners are too afraid to get them out of the garage in fear of a breakdown .
    I'd love to see how many are over 25000 miles .
    ...

    Mine had less than 4000 on the clock when I bought it ,been using it tho .had to replace the fans .next time your near m&p give me a shout Rick
