oh good, so my next steps on this are
    1) get TenuECU support, I want them to make a single button to "clear all erros" always visible, rigth now the button only appears if the error list is polulated

    2) I'm trying to find out in the Dash protocol/harness, whats the K ligth input

    3) in the ECU, whats the K light output

If I can find 2 and 3, I could disconnect that pin, turn the bike ON, and confirm if the ECU is generating the 12v signal on that pin... so that will finally confirm the ECU is signallin the fault, and is not a Dashboard confusion.

in TNT 1130 with WALBRO ECU the Dashboard Plug pin 3 with Red/Black cable is the "Injection Alarm".

so... If I disconnect it from the Dashboard, and put the Dashboard plug again, the bike should be running all ok, but with the ligth off right?

Then if I trace the Red/Black cable down to the ECU under the seat, and I needle it with a tester

    A) If I read 12v then is the ECU signalling the fault....

    B) Otherwise, is a harness/dashboard error...

    OK?

Bad Tornado Tre 900 the Dashboard is different, and the Injection Alarm is pin 15 with Pink/Black cable....

Probably the Tornado Tre 1130 has a different Dashboard than TNT 1130 and TornadoTre 900?

    OMG!!

I've never actually looked closely at them, but I did not expect that!

Error List still empty... i'm starting to think, the error list is the issue.

These are the errors listed in the
P1231 (TNT 1130 Worskhop manual at page 313) "Open or short circuit...." for the fuel pump
P0335 (Tre 900 Workshop manual at page 283) "Damaged phase sensor..." for the engine shaft

    FIXED!

Just used "benelli service.zip" software, connected COM1, click "Clear Diagnostics" and K ligth is off for good

There is a problem in TuneECU with this bike.

The strange thing, is the benelli service.zip is 2006 software, it was developed before my bike was build, and for sure BEFORE the ATHENA ecu was build... but it works.

    Here:

    First link.

It could be a good idea to backup it in your site!

I followed your link alieb, but couldn't find the Benelli service.zip file. Would it be possible to post a direct link to the file? If not, perhaps email the zip file to engenia so he can post it on his Benelli website.

It's the very first post in that thread, by Roberto. He wrote the code himself years ago and kindly gave it to the community.

I've taken a copy of the zip file but haven't made it available on my website. If the link is broken at some stage I should be able to back it up, and many others I suspect.
