Benelli Tornado Tre 1130 - Battery Cables

Fallowing Engenia's web site Tre Battery Cables
decied to change the battery cables.
Instead of adding new ones, I went for the full swap from the stock 8 AGW (8mm2) to 6 AGW (16mm2) buyed here: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1

    The procedure was easy
    1) disconnect the battery
    2) attach a electrician cord and remove it from the relay/stator side
    3) remove the spagetti and insert the new cables in the old spagetti (they fit with some oil)
    4) pull the electrician cord back, so the new cables with the spagetti go the same route back
    5) cut and attach new terminals
    6) reconnect all and thats all

The difference is B-I-G, before I needed 3-4-5 cycles to get the engine running and I could see the lighs dimming, now the engine starts at 1st cycle and no dimming in dash or ligths

Might try this on my TreK because it cranks a bit slow when cold and always takes 2 tries. Also on my mate's Triumph Tiger 800 which sometimes flatly refuses to start when hot unless we pour a bottle of drinking water over the starter first.

I can vouch for this. My Tre k was very slow starter and larger cables have made a massive difference.
