i suspect the 2 1130's on ebay are bikes bought from the SCPS auctions. I would contact MI about whether they have warranty, apart from that good buying

Yes, my sentements exactly - Would like one, but i have to draw the line somewere with a motard, dirtbike, 2009 R1 and Cr tnt, rego is killing me every year
I dunno bout the 1130 .
My local garage says there's an oil seal that dribbles and a new seal is not a long term fix.
How true this is I dunno, but I expect someone will tear this apart...
Been informed by my mechanic that the 900 is the sweetest by a long way. The RS is I'm told the one to go for. But the extra £1000 above the standard tre is waisted on my talent.

You can always use the extra 20 ponies and all that torque
1130 is basically same as CR except for the dry clutch and clutch cover seal.
They don't have a leaking problem.

nsw pick up only, 17K buy it now, had a cracked up side fairing, would need a new one, silver and green, about 700 kays on the clock. auction has ended now, about 5 days ago or so, zero bids, seller was flogging off a MM Corsaro veloce too.
I just visited Eurotune motorcycles in Queanbeyan (NSW) and they have:
1130 Tornado, silver and black, $21000+onroads with 0 km
1130 TnT, red, $18000+onroads with 0 km
1130 CR, gold, $18000+onroads with 4000 km (pretty decent nick still, and rides well)
TRE-K, can't remember colour or price (I only noticed it on the way out)
They don't advertise but their number is in the yellow pages if anyone interested. Both new bikes are a bit dusty from sitting around for a while.
I'm still not sure what I'll be buying, so don't worry about gazumping me RS did you send that CD?
I can only speak for my 1130 .... no oil leaks in normal road use.
Just when i've been givining it the beans on a track day did I get it to weap from nr the gearshift shaft as the caseing bolts slakened off. Then after it had been in for a service the "O" ring seat on the alternator must have got nipped and again all was fine untill i took it on a track.... didnt get it fixed before Angus had a spin on it.
So in my opinion ... as the 1130 motor is a development from the 900 and adds more power and torque with a dry clutch, is got to be the better motor.
we will see as i intend to use it as a track day bike this year ....
