    Indicator Relay

Sorry, but I am sure this has been posted before.
I need to replace the indicator relay on a Trek 2011 model.
I have been told it on the left hand side behind the radiator and that I would been able to see it without removing any plastic.

Well I cannot, don't want to start stripping if I am looking in the wrong place or looking for the wrong thing.

    Please help!

Can't help sorry. TNT is just above the starter In the olden days of
mechanical relays you could hear tjem
click. So knew where they were when they failed
buy now it's all silent bah
    A nice pair of nellies

Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

    A bit like a Z25 then.

Yup, it's on the left behind the radiator. Take the front cover off and you can get to it easy enough. But a pattern replacement and put it in the right way up - They're upside down and fill up with water as standard

It's literally dangling below the handlebars. Follow the wiring from the turn switch and you'll find it. It's a conventional ice cube relay available from pretty much any auto parts store; I recommend getting an electronic one because (1) relays are pure crap from the factory and sometimes you have to buy three to get a good one (2) switching over to LEDs will make you very happy and an electronic flasher can drive LEDs.

Hi Buks, I see you're from my neck of the woods, ass end of Africa, may I ask (and any other Benelli owner's in SA) how your ownership experience has been, in particular, feedback from the Benelli Agents Puzey?

    Cheers, Aaron (2012 R160)

    Question Did you ever find.......

Hi there, I too have an Amazonas and mine has suffered the water problem and I've traced the wires from the mirrors and the switch back to the mess of wires behind the headstock but all I see is wires and connectors but no relays. ...Did you ever find your indicator relay?
It would be appreciated if you are able to offer any guidance on where to look.
    Thanks
    Gareth
