Im really seriously thinning out my collection.

Next up for possible sale is:

Brand new zero miles BIMOTA SB8K Santa Monica #8 of 50

This bike is 100% original and is brand new and pristine. I bought this ( actually traded ) from a fellow collector here in the USA.

The bike is as brand new as it gets. It has never been registered nor plated. I own it clear and completely. The buyer will get a bill of sale and the MSO.

The bike is a collectors dream of museum quality.

This is the highest spec bike BIMOTA ever made. The absolute best of components ; all real carbon fiber and Ohlins front and rear. IMHO this is one of the most beautiful bikes ever made and it is the last model BIMOTA using a Japanese power plant ( Suzuki TLR 1000 cc V twin )

For more info and or pictures or to set up a viewing please contact me

The MSRP / retail of this bike in 2006 here in the USA was $45 K USD

Asking price is $36 K USD OBO ( Or Best Offer)

Thanks

My mate has one, and I have always fancied one. It's a feast of engineering, when you lift the tank and switch it on... The secondary injectors move through their cycle!!
Some have carbon tanks, some ally.
I bought a Mondial instead, very similar bikes....

Way out of my league :bawl:T ried the standard one a while back and loved it...wish I'd bought it....please show some pictures I'd love to have a look.

You are correct that they have either a aluminum gas tank or a carbon fiber gas tank. My bike ( the one for sale here ) has the much more rare ( and expensive ) carbon fiber gas tank. The carbon tank is much lighter in weight and the areas of exposed carbon weave looks much much better IMHO than the aluminum version alternative.

The radial shower style fuel injection system you mention is unique to this bike. No other production bike has this type of injection.

I have owned 3 BIMOTA SB8RS bikes prior to the SB8K Santa Monica, and the Santa Monica is an improvement on the earlier model(s) in every possible area. After all, BIMOTA put a hugh amount of work into the updated and upgraded model and used the highest spec components. The SB8K Santa Monica is the highest spec production bike they have made with a MSRP/ Retail of $45,900 USD which is double the cost of the SB8R that it replaced.

Its a superb bike and IMHO one of the most beautiful bikes ever made period !

The brand new BIMOTA SB8K Santa Monica #8 is still available for sale .

I also have some extras and upgrades that are available ( a list of these extras is available upon request ) or the bike can be sold in its original out of the create condition.

This is a new bike that has never been registered nor titled / plated.

The bike comes with the original MSO and also will come with a bill of sale.
