Hi and welcome!

can you expand on what you mean when it struggles to start;
ie does it turn over normally but not fire or is it sluggish to turn over?
does it happen any time or only when hot?

If sluggish it could be the battery.. the "new" bikes were built in 2005 latest so not sure if they come with their original bettery...if so it could be goosed. Even then they need a good quality (yuasa or similar) replacement as battery needs to be tip-top to take the starting loads.
Some have doubled up the battery cables to help starting but never had the need this personally.
Hopefully you can confirm the latest clutch and z25 parts which should avoid the hot start problem

If it turns over normally but not firing......... i dunno... !
sure other will be along shortly.....

is struggles to start. But it does start everytime
anyone got any ideas?
Hi. Yeh it turns over then slows like its gona die then starts.
also when in neutral and put it in 1st it judders the bike quite hard is this normal and will it harm the bike?
Cheers

could just be the battery then...i seem to recall some came out of the factory with crap batteries.

as for the judder, shouldnt really do that, suggests the clutch is dragging a bit. the box on mine has always been really sweet.

hopefully errol may be along soon to help!....

Mines absolutely sh#te at starting when warm!!!!! It turns over for a few seconds then just cuts out clocks go off & everything resets on clocks, it proper does my head In, it's done it from new tho

Clutch shouldn't drag like that.......

slow turnover is normal I'd say. Keep you're battery on an optimate charger.

did the bike come with the all important mods/ upgrades?

welcome to the nuthouse btw.....
