O Ring calculator

I need help using the o ring calculator.
I want to get a slightly thicker o ring for my water pump.
It is still not sealing perfectly.

The inside diameter is 30mm
But the groove it goes into is 4mm
The original one was 2.5 mm thick.
The size of the crank case is 40.57 mm.
If anyone has an idea let me know please.
The only thing I know is that the original one is not sealing anymore.

The original will have experienced compression set and past its shelf life for the rubber group. I would suggest replace as per OEM as a start point.

The new oring i used was OEM that came with the water pump set but it's not sealing properly.

The original is 2.5 mm section x 36 ID
I replaced that with 0.1" section x 1.375" ID because it's a better fit

36.14X2.62mm is a good fit too for groove fill.
