At Silverstone.. Many thanks to Angus for putting this thing together. I know he has lost hair over it so deserves some recognition for a well organised event  . Great turnout as well - it was good to put some faces to names. Lets keep our fingers crossed for a repeat at motogp next yr!

Just gutted I couldn't be there after all the effort everyone has put in. Many thanks to Rob for sending me the piccies of the grid girls;) They'll come in handy seeing as all of the porn websites is filtered through the colleges proxy server:eek: Ahhh well, there's always a hairy glove if I get really desperate:rolling:

Benelli Brolly dollies!!

Had a great day meeting the members at Silverstone.:D
Friendly blokes with a passion for all Benelli's and some very tasty "brolly dollies", these nubiles were cajoled into having pics of them taken on a Nelli.:p :p :p
Pehaps the seat could be auctioned for members at Christmas...for charity of course.;)

Shame only one classic 6 cylinder bike showed up, but one's better than none!;)

Cheers for the day Angus.:bow

Big thanks Angus. Excellent weekend:clap:

I am sure we will be invited to the MotoGP, turn out was the best and by far the neatest. Aprilia wilted into insignificance beside us:rolling:

Nice to put names to faces and a big cheers to those I met, too keen to get on the road and put some miles in before darkness:p

A Big Thanks to All Who Came

A Big Massive thanks to all you guys who attended this weekends two day event, I have never seen so many Benelli's in one place and even Russ said the only time he had seen more was new ones in crates in the Importer Warehouse:) . Id like to give all of you a standing ovation for your attendance there was so many we were the largest represented group in the bike club area  . Weather was superb and from saturday everything clicked into place and ran brilliantly and with all you guys & girls that came it made the event absolutely fantastic.

A big thankyou to Russ and crew whose presence was appreciated and he didnt just bring one display bike he brought FIVE and showed why he's considered to be the best dealer/representive on behalf of our beloved brand  .

I was sorry to see that our parade lap didnt get to be carried for all who came out but this event was a trial to lay down a more planned event for 2010 MotoGP .

Big thanks to Ferret for him lending me his Tre-K whilst i did ride outs and i found it a brilliant machine to ride, also thanks to Nick for the go on his MV 750F4 Evo another stunning italian beauty , Colin(Borat) for the ride on my dream bike the LE , Chris(OwdGit) for the lovely 1130 Tornado and Mark(Sussex Tre) for the go of his Tre with the lightest throttle i've ever tried.

This event was such a success it was because all you great people made it the brilliant turn out it was - so many new faces to meet along with old friends( Rob,Dom,Tony,ColinTornado,Chris Grigson,Pony,Craig plus so many more) to seen again was so satisfying . It cannot go without mention that Kurts wind up was funny and Steve being the pretend "Richard" just shows why theres no better forum to be a member of :D .

Lee's Fortuna was stunningly painted and was one of many prime examples of our pride and joys being cherished .

Longest travelled in has to go to Ian,Andy and Dave for their mammoth ride up from Cornwall  Big Thanks to Bob for using his calming influence on me and everyone who i havent mentioned your all stars as well and i'd runout of room listing them all but big thanks to all i am deeply in your debt

Cheer Angus, You were a little less stressed over the weekend than you were on Friday:eek:

Thanks to all the guys for calling into the garage and sorry you all could not stay for the race, it was delayed until 5.45 and nearly dark by the finish. Jon finished a credible 15th and in the points for the 3rd time on the bounce

Just to say fair play Goose re the wind up but you know we couldn't resist:rolling:

LETS DO IT AGAIN SOMETIME !!!! (thats not wind up goose but the meeting)

What a great weekend!

I'd like to echo everyone else's comments:

BIG THANKS to Angus - top job fella!

And to Russ and the boys (had my Tre fettled with the Axone and it's running sooo smoothly)

And great to see all you guys: what a fantastic display we put on - totally outshone the other clubs :D

Smeeta enjoyed it too - although she seemed to be under the impression that we were there to watch the racing ;) apologies to all who I didn't get to say goodbye too - we watched the second BSB race down at the Abbey hairpin (excellent spot by the way!)

cheers,
Dom

ps: will upload some pictures and post a link as soon as...
