:hat

I had a look and have found that you have to sign up to enable access to the majority of the forum. ie Name,Address, Bike details, Inside leg measurement ect.

Seems to want a lot of info just to read and discuss about Benelli! If I was'nt so cinical I would say they are data collecting!

Re: Re: Benelli Community

Hi Engenia,

I don't think that it is an 'open forum' for posting articles. It looks more like a communication channel for info. from Benelli to its Users

Re: Re: Benelli Community

I was willing to post the link to the Benelli support poll here in this forum, because figures do not lie. Apparently accepted the post but not displayed. There is a webmaster censoring all posts it seems.

I have been invited today to register, even if I registered two times already.

Community

Anyone else having log in problems? I was sent an e-mail with a code. Page requested e-mail address and the code. Will not accept either, just reverts to blanks.

Tried to register via Benelli web site, but when clicking onto English version, says not possible in Italian!

'They' certainly try to make it difficult to be part of the 'Community' - Well it is Benelli after all.

Cheers,

Vincenzo

Re: Community

I have registered, the content is however limited and I could not post. What kind of community is that? I have been told that the benefit of being a member of the community is that I could have a gallery of my photos hosted there.

Are they nuts? I do not need to see my photos, actually I am not taking photos of myself on the bike.
I would like to be able to share my Benelli experience with other Benelli owners and potential owners.

Perhaps this is what they're doing to improve customer satisfaction?!
