Gotta agree with Borat, the Tornado aint bad at all on a long run. Lots of leg room for the taller rider (i am 6'3) and not bad on the wrists as long as speed it kept up (thats my excuse anyway!)

Done 2-300 miles in a day on a few occassions now and no complaints.

Never liked the idea of a tank bag, just seemed alot hassle, together with worries over the paint.
Hate rucksacks given the pain they inflict over a long journey!
My kids got me a set of throw-overs for xmas a year or two ago (from either m&p or busters i think), not an expensive set but have proved ideal. Held together by by large velcro straps they can be adjusted to fit the taper of the tail -piece and come with fitted with soft foam panels on their inner surfaces, so no harm to the paint.
They came with straps to attach to the pillion pegs and never budge, even when adding my brother large bag on top as in the pics.

The Tornado will never make a full-on tourer but it does a surprisingly good job as an all-rounder.

Daimo,
will take a look at the maker etc of the throw-overs tonight.
Not sure i can confirm where they were bought from though, just recall that they were in one of the flyers inside mcn, (ie busters, m&p, maybe mps?) and not expensive .
