Hi Al,

Is there no sign of you getting your bike back from KJM yet?

Not yet buddy:( KJM had put in the order for the warranty part but Benelli was questioning them about it which delayed it even further. KJM replied to their query about the warranty part and now it seems as though the factory are doing nothing. The lads have chase this up with Benelli a couple of times, but so far ...... zilcho:evil
I even called the factory but never got very far with that. My faith in the Benelli brand has dropped dramatically I can tell you:( I'm even at the stage of thinking about cutting my losses and selling it. Thing is, I have these bloody carbon fibre wheels on order which is making me want to hang on to the bike that wee bit longer. If it wasn't for that fact Laurence then this tre of mine would be advertised in MCN by now and I'd probably be saying goodbye to everyone here:(

I think I may have to re-sit my bike test again hector as I'll have forgotten how to ride by the time I get back on one again:(

Re: How long now?

al, can you get a loan bike from kjm while "warranty" work is being carried out, you do have legal rights now that the factory are offering warranties!!!!

Never even thought about that vtxbrit:\ I'll give them a call at the end of the week to find out what's happening regarding this oil pump and see what they say. If Benelli still hasn't sent it then I think I'll ask for the contact details of who they deal with regarding warranty issues and then either call or email this person myself>: The daft thing is, I have a gsxr6 (99 model) sitting in the garage but I can't get at the battery to charge the thing up:lol I need to get in at the battery from under the seat and for some bloody reason one of the bolts seems to have threaded and it's just spinning about like a spinny thing:\
However, today looks like it's going to be a scorcher and that bike IS coming out of the garage and if I have to spend all day trying to get this bolt off (might have to drill it out) then I'll get it out:smokin

Oh Mark, I'd much rather have my reasons for not having the bike than yours matey;) I was reading your thread about the bone not really growing:( Kinda puts all of my moaning in perspective really|I
Chin up bro;)
