With an injected bike you don't get fuel evaporation and subsequent gumming up of valves. The only valves are in the injectors and provided the tank and fuel line aren't empty, they will remain in good working condition.
All bets are off if you remove the tank and let it dry out. That will upset the injectors for sure. I have a set of 3 that have been sitting in carby cleaner for several months after being left to dry out for 8 years. One is still stuck, the other two have rubbish spray patterns.

The only thing you need to worry about is the battery. A lead acid cell will self discharge completely over a couple of months if you don't put it on a trickle charger. A Lithium cell will also self discharge, but at a much slower rate. A year maybe.

If you take it out for a ride every weekend for an hour you won't need to do anything else.
