Evening again!! Guys, according to the manual, after emptying the coolant, I should refill with approx 3litres of water with only 100ml of coolant!! Is this right??? My Mille runs a 50/50 mix!!!!

The quantity sounds about right but the mix will depend on what coolant you are using and what amount of frost protection you want.

Just had a look mate. So is it just one bottle of 355ml water wetter and the rest with the rock oil kook xl? On opieoils site it states 1 355ml per 1 litre coolant??

have make make sure NO water is in the system at all, it cost AUD$55 for 1.5L - but it will stabilize your temp levels like no other...

Yeah I have seen this stuff!! Looks great but as you say expensive!!!
