Nice one:D Thanks very much for that bolero. I was wondering how I was going to try and keep up with the TT news:\

Cheers buddy

Al;)

Bugger me>: Went to try and have a look at some of the footage and was shocked to read this .....
Just a quick note regarding the recent video footage provided by Bikegen.

Greenlight who cover the TT have confirmed that as they have exclusive rights, they don’t want any more videos uploaded for public use of the TT Practice or Racing, and that the existing footage has to be removed from the web:evil :evil

No problem mate.. dont forget racing is from about 10am to 5pm each day.. so you can get live commentary as it happens at www.radiott.com...

Very mad day here yesterday obviously cos it was mad sunday.. dont think there were any fatalities but at least 10 bike crashes... which when I suppose when you realise there are about 10,000 additional bikes on the Island isn't so bad!..

Should be good racing today.. superb conditions!

Did anyone happen to see the horrendous sidecar crash where the sidecar went about 10 feet in the air, and landed right on top of the "monkey"? He is a friend of mine here in the US, and last I heard was in a coma due to a severe head injury.

Hi Mark.. Didn't see it but its been spoken about lots.. you can find more information on www.iomtt.com... apparently the sidecar in front braked unexpectedly so the american swerved to avoid and hit the wall.. One guy I think is still quite critical (dave?) and the other has been discharged!

Everyone is here hoping for the best..

My friend is James Cornell. I checked the site and he's still critical, according to my local friends here in the US he was put into an induced coma while they try to get his brain swelling under control.

Everyone please send healing thoughts, prayers, etc. James's
way.

Healing thoughts are on their way

Really sorry to hear about the accident that your mate James had Mark:( I'll certainly be rooting for him to have a speedy recovery so please keep us all here updated with his progress.
I'm sure he's in the best hands but It's the uncertainty I guess that's hard to deal with. Do you know what ward/hospital he's in so that I can drop him a wee card just to say get well soon?

Keep your chin up buddy

Re: Healing thoughts are on their way

Thanks so much, Al. I found out today that James is beginning to respond to different voices. His father arrived there yesterday and is at his bedside. They are trying to bring him out of the induced coma so that they can further evaluate his condition. I'll keep everyone posted.
cheers -

Re: Healing thoughts are on their way

With the docs trying to bring James out of his coma I reckon that could be seen as a step in the right direction. It must be a real tough time for everyone who knows James, but with a bit of good luck, support from family and friends and the medical attention that he's receiving I'm sure he'll pull through.
Thanks for keeping us updated Mark.

Al
