Hey guys!
Queston for Trek 1130 riders. I own a TNT 899 and I'm replacing my cable clutch assembly with a trek 1130 hydraulic equivalent . I think I bled the system correctly but it seems to be a leak coming from the piston in the slave cylinder. The question is.
Is it possible to disassemble the slave cylinder to check inside? If so, how?
Thanks in advance!

Slave cylinders are simplicity itself, or should be.
Remove it from the engine, clean it up if necessary, then use the master cylinder to pump out the slave cylinder. Be prepared to catch the hydraulic fluid!
Some slave cylinders have internal springs.
Some use standard o-ring seals. If an o-ring, make sure you replace it with a Viton one - usually green. Buna-n will swell in hydraulic fluid.
