Hi ,
Don’t bother with lowering kits .
drop the forks 8mm then rotate the rear spindle so it’s in the upper area to front or rear position for correct chain slack .
someone else may have another suggestion.

You’ll know if the geometry is correct from the way the front end tips into corners , then adjust accordingly after you’ve got the correct static sag and rider sag :)
