Just to clarify a few things. This site is not affiliated in anyway with Andrew Wright or Benelli or any other company. We built this website as a way for all to share the opinions and problems. We are totally and completely independently run and funded. At this moment that also means that we don't make any money from it.

We have tried to keep this forum unmoderated with minimum involvement as in our experience with other forums, the free exchange of ideas is the best way to nurture a new community.

However, of late several parties have chosen to turn this into a personal battlefield. That is not to our interest as we did not build this forum so a that any individual can destroy it by using it for their own personal attacks. We are fully aware of the problems that the brand has had and with some disgruntled owners. I am not naming names but I ask those individuals to respect the other members who may not have had the same experiences as you may have had. Constructive and informative posts are welcome, flames and direct attacks will not be tolerated.

I will post this again as a sticky to say that from this time on, any comments directed against individuals or companies that we deem as flaming or personal and unwarranted, the posts will be deleted and the poster banned.

I am sorry but that is the final word. I have put too much effort on this site to have a few individuals run it down.

I agree

The bike is definitely stunning and it is always good to balance an opinion.

At the end of the day it's a dealer's behaviour that also affects someone's opinion on a bike. For exemple when I brought my Aprilia rs50, the ignition switch was defective but when I got stranded 20 km from the dealership half an hour later, but the dealer came ALL the way to check my bike after hours and got it running... now that's what I call service!

Roland, i am sure i can speak for many others about the Forum, I have made some good freinds, had lots of laughs & got lots of great advice thanks to the Benelli forum. I have had many bike & been on lots of forums but never one like this, if you have a problem, you post a question & within hours(sometimes minutes) you get lots of great advice & offers of help. I hope that those that have posted nasty things feel ashamed of themselves. If they want an easy life, go buy a BMW or a Honda. If you want a bike that is out on its own & a great forum, you have come to the right place.
All the best mate

I've only just read these rules Roland and I would mirror Lee's comments also;) Great forum matey although to be honest it's bloody addictive:rolling: It has however stopped me rummaging for some sick and twisted porn to fill my days and instead I've made some real good pals on here and had a right old laugh in the meantime. Hopefully I'll get to pop over to the ol' US of A and buy you a beer at sometime to say thanks for everything you've done mate:bow:

Well said!
Agree 110%.

There's been too much good to come from from all you benevolent Benelli brainiacs for it to end with paltry egomaniacal bickering.

It only takes 1 rotten egg, etc.

overheat probs

If there was no warning light and no "H2O" flashing on the dash then you have no worries. It just mean you have revison A clocks. It's a known problem that'll be fixed by replacing the clocks with revision D and if your bike is still in warrenty then you can get it sorted for nowt. If it's not then someone on here will have a set hanging around. Also changing the clocks will stop them reseting every time you start it.
Happened to me mate. Lots of good advice on here

adjustable clutch leaver as mine is a un adjustable one
Contact Colin (Borat) on the forum as he is running a Group Buy on adjustable levers.

Or if you want to stay with the original look you can get an adjustable lever here, (part #111.61.32) assuming you have a Tornado.
