Problem solved. Sourced a full engine kit in Titanium now ordered :)

Im afraid the Tornado was the only bike in the Benelli range I could find bolts for TNT owners

Hi Guys

Ok I found them at www.tastynuts.com

£128 for a full engine kit in Titanium (Ouch!) but the bike deserves it as the rusty bolts are hideous.

Im sure if you had the sizes and numbers of all of the engine bolts required you could surce to SS or Titanium bolts much cheaper??

Anyway, they can be bought and the company ship worldwide

These are for the clutch housing?
2 of them, the allen headed ones, are specials (the ones that rust). They have machined shoulders that locate the housing correctly.
Do the replacements include them?

I thought it was strange that anyone would want to replace the main engine bolts.Whilst on the subject, the TNT clutch cover does not have the 2 special aligning bolts for some reason.Zebo.:)

I thought it was strange that the Tornado needed alignment bolts on the clutch cover. I guess the mating surface IS fairly thin in places. Maybe they've beefed it up a bit on the TNT so they could do away with them.
