I am restoring a 750 Sei series one the I bought in a series of boxes. When I got it the tank and side panels were Red. On preparing it for repair I have found the original colour was green. I would like to return it to the original colour but the only reference to the Green I can find is Moss Green. In pictures the Green looks to be metallic ( my painter says a candy). Can anyone help with some specific advice please?

The sei I bought in the 70s new was originally a blue/green. NOT that nice bright metallic green I‘ve seen.
I personally didn’t like it at all and had the dealer swap tank/sidecovers with a red Quattro he had.

The sei I have not that I am restoring was that same colour.

I have a side panel the same colour as the tank in your pictures. I like the Metallic green and as it seems to be the original colour that’s even better. Pity it’s so difficult to track down the details.

Hi try RS paints I got the correct paint for my tornado tre ring them and they can probably help you
