Just got back from taking bike to Harry Nash in Chiswick.
Riding into London in rush hour was fun (not)... but at least I got to use the M4 bus lane :D ..the two lane flyover bit narrow for filtering although I was in bimble mode and kept (best view I could) behind me to let seasoned communters whizz by.

Train home again took twice as long. Weather looking a bit dodgy for later this afternoon though :(

They had two Tornado's in the show room. New std Tre Green/Silver with SOLD on it and new RS.

Managed to dodge the showers :)
Passed MoT OK although said rear brake was very stiff :)
Bike not quite so sparkly as it was

Guys at Harry Nash - Tony and Graham - very helpful and knowledgeable... had a good chat when went to collect the bike.

Anybody who commutes to / rides in London on their Tornado is nuts!

Cheers Richard for putting me on to them

They echoed a recent thread by saying now the green and silver ones are getting rare, the price of these new has gone up by £500 over the other colours.

Did it for 6 months last year - no dramas except the mirrors don't fold, but a healthy tug on the throttle wakes up dozy drivers to give a little room.:D
