Just had my back wheel offand upon refitting i notice this gap between the sprocket carrier and cush drive, also the hollow look outside the sprocket as if there's a spacer missing. The silly thing is I can't remember if it was like that/meant to be like that, surely water would get into that gap.
Are you near to your amazonas, have a look if yours is the same, tell me I'm not going mad or senile. Have a good evening peeps.

That's a bit wider than I would expect. Are you sure the sprocket bolts have been torqued up correctly?

I checked them, they are tight, surely if it wasn't seated correctly the axle would fall short at the ends.
You may have the wrong spacers on the sprocket carrier . All three are slightly different .

No .. there are three already on the rear spindle . One either side on the outside and one behind the sprocket carrier :)
One of them may be in the wrong place
