anyone know why there are variations to the machines between countries, My 07 UK model has the exhaust system curling around the bottom rear shock mount where as the Australian bikes seem to miss this bit of elaberate pipe work and have an O2 senseor fitted, is this due to various emmision laws?

it seems the pipes that Don't curlt round the shock have a Cat just after the exhaust Flap ! thats got to be a bummer
I want to fit an o2 sensor to mine so will drill a hole in it and get the boss welded on

Just checked your photos against my bike Busaguy and they are exactly the same. Perhaps the variation is dependant on which year the bike was made. Either that or I've got a UK bike

its a cat

the earlier (06) spec bikes and maybe some built in 07 has the loop for correct exhaust length and the O2, later bies meet the latest euro emission laws, hence the Catalytic converter, Do the later bikes still have the o2 but before the o2, seems odd that they would'nt have a o2 sensor?
