I've just bought my son a 2021 TNT125, its great but we're having a few little niggles......finding neutral when its warm and the engine fault light keeps coming up. There's nothing obviously wrong but I'm not sure where the OBD socket is ...under the seat? There's a 6 pin plug sitting alongside the battery?

Any thoughts or tips would be appreciated

The 6 pin plug under the pillion seat is the diagnostic connector. There is a blanking cap on it and you will need an adapter to connect to it.
On finding neutral, is the original gear change linkage still fitted? If it has been changed for a short gear change lever directly on the selector shaft then they become tricky. Other than that, check the clutch is fully disengaging and that it has the correct grade oil even though I would expect that to be more of an issue when cold.

Thanks very much for your reply, I'll look under the pillion seat. I'm pretty sure the gear linkage is the factory fitted one....I'll check the oil

Check the ignition power wire coming off of the positive battery wire, it may be partially unplugged.
