in 3 more days its here... i will get the gear box today... need to remove the rear wheel to loose the chain and remove the sproket....

I am still waiting too but my parts are finally on the way and i had to order new wheel nuts which they didn't have in stock and they were waiting on.

all pieces here now removed the wheel, and the sprocket... won't retire the chain from the bike, but removing the gearbox with the chain on the bike will be a funny job

will try to save as much pictures as possible

Ok good luck here... a few posts... 1st 3 things where broken
1) the clutch, totally jamed

2) the z25 (this is the good one!), bent... was a nightmare to take it out

3) the z67 with two missing teeths

also, a last note, be VERY careful with the liquid gasket

ths two are oil ducts in the gearbox wall:

so far in this bike:
1) new battery
2) new battery cables
3) new relay
4) new starter motor
5) new z25 shaft
6) new z25 gear
7) new sprag clutch with all its items
8) new z67 gear
9) new intermediary gear

so, basically from the start button, to the engine crankshaft, everything is new

ok just tested the bike.... it really runs very good, and start perfectly, just hope this final upgrade keeps the bike running for at least 50.000kms that is going to be the next 10 years

as an addendum, i think the most important upgrade on all this topic, is to copy the < 4% and < 1500 rpm ignition table from the low power map, to the higth power map... this priovide a much smoother start up and idle.
Full OEM base solution, no need to test, invent or divague on experminets... its just a copy and paste... and all the thing really changed.

you need to push the ball bearing firmly into the clutch basket, then the groove appears there

BTW: that circlip only retains the ball bearing inside the clutch basket, you done need to touch that at all... thats intented only to replace the clutch basket ball bearing.

You can remove the entire clutch from the bike without touching that...

Question.: There is a bit of engine oil coming out where the water pump is, how is that possible? Should I drain everything? Cheers
