TreK 1130 servicing Australia

I have bought a relatively low milleage TreK1130 that has electrical glitches and will not start. Is there anyone in Australia recommended to be able to assess the bike (and likely ECU)? I have had the bike at MidLife Bikes in Cremorne, but they have been unable to locate/resolve the issue. Thanks in advance.
