Hi, I have a 2021 TRK 502 and what a great bike, except the suspension, I have tightened up the rear which is better but front has no adjustment and whenever I go over bumps my head shakes all over the place and bike bounces about especially on bends. Is there an easy fix, replacement forks or what about thicker Oil, keep thinking about changing bike to V Strom or similar.

Easy fix but you need to spend money on better suspension front and back .

Tightening the rear spring preload will only make the bike harsher over bumps unless your riding two up .
you could put heavier weight oil up front in the forks but again it’s not the answer for a suspension tuned to your weight or riding style .

Sounds like the forks are over-filled with oil. It should have a pretty compliant front suspension, no head shake or problems at all. It's actually one of the best stock suspension I've ever encountered. I think you've got something wrong with yours.

Charles.
