I hope to bring my Tornado over to the States from the UK next year, but am concerned that it won't be let in by customs as it may not pass the US EPA emissions tests?
A) Does anyone know what the limit on emissions in the US is?
B) Without the work that Superbike inc. have done, is the bike likely to pass the limit?

It's dodgy if there is an above the table way of getting your bike into the US without DOT/EPA approval. I know that there are ways as there is a red Tre running around DC. I have no idea how he did it but I am sure there are some companies out there that can 'grey' import them for you. I hope that you find an answer.

I'll try and find the email of the guy with the red Tornado. Maybe you can email him and get some answers.
