I just want to drop a quick post to wish all the new (or recent) guys (and maybe gals) on this forum a warm welcome.

A few new names I have seen are:- Steve Lawless (sounds like a cowboy to me !), Jakeymara (sounds like a Japanese bike !), James OBrady (sounds like he hangs around with a right 'bunch'), Redkat (sounds like a Polish lap dancer I once new !), Strider (it takes it in his .....), Sparkey (sounds like a bright lad), Bullfold (he sounds full of it !!), Olivier (can he have some more please !), OZtriple (former drummer in a thrash metal band!), PhantomMXR8 (maybe he has keyboard problems and dyslexia combined), Chocwheaton (what a name - Brilliant !!), Harry (bet he is a wizard on the bike !), Ed Willet (be careful how you pronounce it), Mallard (sitting duck for a pi$$ take) - Sorry if I missed you -- I will find you and hunt you down and take the pi$$ at some point I am sure !!

Usually I post my "hello's" as soon as I see a new member join the forum - but with work committments and other stuff I have only had chance for a quick peek on the forum from time to time

Well - I hope you are all enjoying your time so far - and from what I can gather you have been spared the almighty SPAM from our one and only BIG BAD AL (where are you fella - I havent seen you post for a while again)

There are some great guys on here - full of useful information - some folk know more than dealers - Rusty excluded  (and some of the other guys are full of something else !! - Eh Lloyd and Laurence !!!):rolling:

Enjoy the ride that is actually owning a Benelli triple- its nothing like a 4 !!

Thanks for the welcome (I think  )
Whilst I very well may be dyslexic my key board seems fine.
I am in the Army and waiting till I return to Australia to pick up my TNT Cafe racer in June. My current ride is a CBR1000rr and is for sale to make way for the TNT.

Cheers Ben

Hi Ben - errr sorry didnt realise errrr that you was eeerrrrrr in the army

Hope I didnt offend you sir !"

Trading a blade for a TNT eh? - Good on ya

You will love the triple engine and the TNT has some serious torque (probably too much for a naked upright bike I thought when I borrowed one from Bennetts whilst my Tornado was in for a serivce)

Are you in a logistics corp in the army?? - Just wondered why you planned so far in advance for getting a TNT

No worries there kurt its better to give than receive(godly moment !!) . T shirts i have in abundance and embroidery machines sat in the back room and more over i fancy doing something for the benefit of all here even those further afield in another country that can't always attend the uk meets . Generosity from partner today meant she decided which phone to keep out of what she ordered and i got the Blackberry storm -then promptly had a button fall off on me putting it in its pouch :bawl: . Enjoy the NEC and i'll still work on those other tickets for your pals -

Cheers for the welcome Kurt, although im not mentioned in your list of new members ! Recently bought myself a TNT 899s and so far loving every minute of it, had 20 years of Jap sports bikes and a year with a Triumph Daytona 955 so i thought it was time to go Italian. Always liked the TNT but heard some horror stories about reliability and spares, but sounds like they got their act together now. I bought the bike from Forza Italia at Silverstone they seem a good little dealership, anyone else had any business with them ?

Hi Swerve - Sorry I missed you out - I must have missed your posts

Welcome aboard

I havent heard anything good or bad about Forza whatsoever ??
In fact I never knew they were a Benelli Dealer ??

THe only thing I would say is that to make sure its looked over by an official Benelli dealer (I personally use Bennetts in Barnsley - 5* rated in my view)

How are you finding the triple then ?? :D :D

I loved the triple engine in my old Daytona 955 but this one just feels so much better. My nearest dealer is actually Red Dog in Burgess Hill so i'll probably start using them. Just gutted that i bought the bike this time of year cos being a bit of a fair weather rider im not getting out on it as much as id like !
