Does anybody know if the RS wheels also fit the standard Tre novecento?

And does the weight of the marchesini's make a huge difference?

I like the black color of the RS wheels and the spoke design. Also it would be nice to have a spare set for racing.

Any information (or offers) more than appreciated!

Yup.

Depends on your definition of "huge," but yup, enough to notice.

Heh, I wish it was the other way around. I might have a set of regular Tornado rims available, in mint condition. :p

Its DK motorcycles so unlikely to be dodgy. It was them I got the bodywork off recently and at the time I asked if they were breaking the whole bike and they said no.. seems like they lied! Its strange that they dont have the frame though. As the bodywork was in one piece its not a crashed bike, so can only think they have used the frame / engine for something. I think they may struggle to get 250 each but we will see.

I think it sounds strange though. Why break a very rare LE which is worth more than the sum of its parts. (ducati 916 etc I can understand because it is the opposite)

Why lie about breaking a bike of which they have no frame??

Hope nobody is hurt by this practice..

I went to DK on wednesday and had a look at the wheels.

Place did not seem dodgy but the guy I was with said they do have a reputation for stolen parts...:(

Wheels were better than looked in the picture. Made them an offer including the rear disc for both wheels complete (also front discs) and the front brake master cilinder assambly and the clutch assembly with both levers.

Was a bit of a hassle but got them down to 610 which I think is fair for the whole lot. (715 euro...which seems a bargain) I'm really happy with the wheels. Can't wait to put them on the bike with some fresh rubber.:D

Just hope it's not a stolen bike. But luckily I'm not the only one on this forum which has some parts.....
