I live in Arkansas and understand that many forum users are from Europe. Those that aren't seem to be mostly on the West Coast. I'd hate to think that I'm the only rider in the midwest (actually I'd love it).

I've also wondered how many Benelli Tornado Tre's are in the US since '03.

In the sake of curiosity, where is everyone from?

For those that have joined the Forum as registered Members, how about we all just complete the location field in the Personal Information section.

Then you can find out where others are located just by clicking the 'Authors' name of any post.

For those that are not registered Members, why not join........ It's FREE after all? :D

Re: Home

I'm originally from Taipei Taiwan... where the streets were swamped with bicyclists, mopeds and smokin' 2-strokes. When the light turned green, it was everyone for him/herself... like an open class grid where total carnage for holeshot. No helmet law either back then (about 20-some years ago.) I remember my dad would take our whole family of four on his 80cc Vespa, I'd stand on the floorboard under my dad's chin while my little brother sandwiched between my dad and my mum...

I digress... sorry... I'm in LA area. On thing for sure, I will not take my family of four on my Tre.

Greatest 5 minutes of video ever

Decided not to pound the board with new posts, so I'll put this link up here. This is an outstanding 5 minutes of MotoGP crashes, including a guy dragging his knee over a cobra:

Wow FiBlues... those shots are beautiful... and cold... Thanks for the pix!!

Hey Bull... I'm not a fan of crashes. However the most memorable moment for me in MotoGP was back in '94, Norick Abe's GP debut at Suzuka, when he saved a near crash with his knee...

Where are U from

Spending around 50% of my time in Singapore (ridering a 1200 GS for town and travel in Asia, and hopefully in NZ and AUS later this year) and 50% in London (SW17, riding "the real thing", my 04 TRE).

I'm in Oakland, CA (across the bridge from San Francisco). As far as I know I have the only Tre in northern California.

Singapore? Hey I was just there 3 weeks ago. I show up in that part of the world about once or twice a year for business. Yum..love the food there!

Did you go down to the local biker bar "Handlebars". I dropped in and made the mistake of ordering a Miller Lite. Sheesh, guy's! Miller lite is already not that great a beer but it's extra terrible warm and when brewed by someone else! I'll stick to Guiness or Tiger next time. :rollin

England

Sorry guys, I was out of town for awhile. I live near Cambridge in jolly ole England. Have a 2005 Limited Ed and a biposto along with the Harley. Looking forward to meeting up for Brands Hatch this year with everyone. Should be a cracking good time and we should rattle a few houses and set off some alarms with a load of thundering Tres coming in!!!
