I fully agree! My RS was there last week. It was a choice of a 14 mile round trip to Benelli Dealer KJM, or 180 mile round trip to Bennetts. I definitely wouldn't take it anywhere else. Bennetts truly is the bench mark for how every dealer should be.

I third that although i took the errrrrr soft option of transporting it there with Lee....it was January:rolleyes:
Didnt think i would notice any difference but the remap has done magic.

Well done Guys:clap:

can only completely concur in your conclusion..............:D

Agreed

I live MILES away (daaarn saarf) but I wouldn't take my Tornado anywhere else. :D

Keep up the good work fellas!

cheers,
Dom

IMHO Streffords are enthusiastic, their main mech Nathan seems reasonably clued up and I find it hard to find fault with them, although they are a tad disorganised. They have always been really friendly and try very hard to perform well. Pity they can't provide a courtesy bike to get you home.
I lost the cover for my exhaust valve sometime last week (it fell off!) and they have obtained a replacment and posted it within one day. Mind you I am still waiting for a replacement fairing piece, and have been waiting since last August!
There seems to be more of a problem with Moto GB than with the franchised dealers. Moto GB just need to go the extra mile to help customers. I'm sure that if they got their act in order then there would be a lot more 'nellies on the road and sales would be much better. they just need to advertise more instead of relying on word of mouth!
