My TNT Sport EVO euro 3 has a false temperature sensor, or this is what it seems. Today I opened the airbox and where should be the sensor there is a kind of golden nut with a small membrane in the center, but without any connection or electrical contact.
Does anybody know anything about this?. Could it be that in the Euro 3 Benellis the sensor has moved to other place?.

Air Temp Sensor

Hi

It was always a dumb place to put the air temp sensor - when you stopped the bike with the engine hot, the airbox temp went high, the sensor with it, and so hard to restart. I expect they moved it somewhere up front where it reads the real ambient temperature - like they did on the Tre-K.

Thanks guys!.
Errol, as you rightly pointed out in one of your posts, airbox water falls directly onto the central plug. See how has been after 11500 km. swallowing water. I followed your recommendation by placing a drainage tube and proofed the coil pipes with self-curing rubber tape.

*Ops! It seams the image links doesn´t appear published. They are in my album.
