Kurt, I believe it's a turn up and pay on the door type of thing.

The young lady who is sharing my tent is a bit of a 'Toseland groupie wannabe'

I've just text her to find out and will reply soon!

Bags packed - Getting ready to roll!

Well I went through all my luggage yesterday evening, packed it all to make sure I could get it in my tank bag and daysack - JUST!

Then unpacked it all and double bagged it up in carriers as I think I am going to get a little wet tomorrow! (I just hope it is raining as I don't have enough room to pack my rainproof suit now!)

I got 2 t-shirts, 2 pairs of shorts and bike water proofs, a nice set of Gortex combat waterproofs and a quilted jacket - should be ideal for the end of June! (and I'm not telling where the gortex has come from - suffice to say they are perks of the job!)

Weather forecast seems to be improving slightly, now sunshine and showers as opposed to rain and rain!

All I need is a trip or two to the local Tesco to get the alcoholic supplies!

Is anyone bringing a Gazebo? We might need it with this weather!

Weather Forecast - as at 0930hrs Wed 20 Jun 07

Okay, the weather forecast is a bit ominous - hope it isn't gonna be like 2 years ago!

One advantage to riding a Tornado though, if it floods we can always turn on the screws (propellors) and submarine our way out of the site!!!!!!:rolling: :rolling:

Okay, here's the difinitive:

CRASH are performing on both Friday and Saturday night, along with about 5 other bands. Tickets will be made available from the main campsite from Wednesday and also the ticket office from Thursday at 1600 hrs!


Apparently it's on the Donington website, but I'll be buggered if I can find it!

If you (or anyone else) goes to get tickets - can you get one for me please - drop me line on my new mobile 07854 919543 and I will meet up & pay you at Donny on Friday (I dont mind if I go on Friday or Saturday to see them)

Oh - just checked the local weather here - :( Its gonna be shiiiite all weekend :bawl: :bawl: - Well it is Glastonbury after all !!!

Glad I only live 20 mls away :D
